Shipping Information

It is important to us that all orders are packed and shipped with care and in a timely manner. Please ensure you enter correct contact details at checkout, so we can get in touch regarding your purchase if we need.

Shipping Within Australia
  • Most Shaving Club orders are sent via Australia Post in a tracked envelope.
  • Bulky orders for Sydney Metro may be shipped via Couriers Please.
  • FREE for orders over $75.00*.
  • $6.65** for orders that fit in an Australia Post Medium Tracked Envelope.
  • $8.35** for orders that fit in an Australia Post Large Tracked Envelope.
  • Orders that fit in a satchel will be quoted at Checkout.
  • All regional orders are shipped via Australia Post.
    *   Applies to razor and refill cartridge orders only.

International Shipping

We can ship our razor blades and razor sets anywhere in the world. Please email us at info@arico.com.au for a quote.

Packaging

Most orders are dispatched in Australia Post packaging. However, as we love the earth, we will also try to reuse packing materials where possible rather than throwing them away. So, at times, your parcel may not be the prettiest parcel to receive, but it if it helps our planet that’s more important.

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. However, the Shaving Club team generally packs and dispatches orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday that same day.

Delivery Times

Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to Australia Post time-frames.

Authority to Leave Items

You may request to have your package left in a safe place at your premises. Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages if this request is made.

Returns

Shaving Club accepts returns 30 days from purchase. Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. For ‘Change of Mind’ returns, buyer must pay return postage.
